Drinking Window Anche se di immediata bevibilità, il Nebbiolo è un vino che va aspettato. Da bere dopo due anni, o attendere fino a 5 per sperimentare la sua espressività evolutiva.

Il Nebbiolo è il vitigno re del Piemonte, una delle varietà nobili della viticoltura italiana e internazionale. Dal Nord Piemonte al Monferrato, il Nebbiolo ha trovato in questa regione la sua dimensione ideale, ma le Langhe e il Roero sono una vera e propria casa. Marco Capra rende onore a questo rosso con il Testanvisca, “testa accesa”, a omaggiare l’energia che un vino come questo genere in chi beve.

Note e abbinamenti:
Vino rosso granato, dal profumo complesso ed elegante di viola, con note evidenti di ribes nero, mirtillo, liquirizia e spezie. Al palato è persistente, delicatamente tannico, con note di lampone e spezie, un vino che accompagna alla grande con arrosti, bolliti e selvaggina, formaggi stagionati.

La fermentazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata di 28°C,
successivamente, il vino viene messo in botti grandi di rovere austriaco dove avviene la
fermentazione malolattica e nelle quali sosta per 12-15 mesi prima di essere nuovamente
assemblato in vasche d’acciaio.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Membership includes a Wine Concierge service that will be at disposal of the members upon appointment for online and in-person meetings at Relais San Maurizio and in the area. The Concierge service will advice on wines of the San Maurizio Wine Club and Italian wine in general.
  • San Maurizio Wine Club is available to organize winery visits for its members with the Guest Producers of the project.

Upon subscription, you will receive email and whatsapp contact to plan your Wine Concierge appointment and your visits.

EVENTS

  • Members of the Club will be informed via email and on their personal website page of any event planned by the San Maurizio Wine Club for its members.

Events may be free or with an access fee and they may allow to be accompanied by a partner.
