Le vigne per questa Nascetta, che cresce nell’area di Santo Stefano Belbo, si trovano a 400 mt. s.l.m., su un suolo ricco di limo e sabbia, che dona le note eleganti di questo vino, ben bilanciate dal carattere strutturato del Vitigno.

Forse l’unico vitigno da vino bianco secco delle Langhe e quasi dimenticato per molti anni dai viticoltori, la Nascetta ha ritrovato ora dei veri appassionati tra i produttori di vino della sua regione, che stanno tornando a piantarla e a produrne vini interessantissimi che riflettono da un lato la personalità di questo curioso vitigno, dall’altro la molteplicità di suoli, esposizioni e stili di vinificazione della regione.

Un intenso, affascinante profumo di pompelmo, mela e erbe aromatiche. Corpo tondo, con una sorprendente persistenza aromatica, piacevolmente sapido e gustoso, con una trama vellutata che si accompagna a una sensazione tattile di pienezza.

Vendemmia manuale in cassette piccole, intorno a fine Settembre.
In cantina:
Dopo un breve periodo di macerazione sulle bucce, l’uva viene pressata in modo soffice. Il mosto chiaro ottenuto fermenta lentamente in tini di acciaio inox ad una temperatura controllata di 16-17°C. Il vino trascorre un lungo periodo di tempo sulle fecce fini, con frequenti “batonnage”.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Membership includes a Wine Concierge service that will be at disposal of the members upon appointment for online and in-person meetings at Relais San Maurizio and in the area. The Concierge service will advice on wines of the San Maurizio Wine Club and Italian wine in general.
  • San Maurizio Wine Club is available to organize winery visits for its members with the Guest Producers of the project.

Upon subscription, you will receive email and whatsapp contact to plan your Wine Concierge appointment and your visits.

EVENTS

  • Members of the Club will be informed via email and on their personal website page of any event planned by the San Maurizio Wine Club for its members.

Events may be free or with an access fee and they may allow to be accompanied by a partner.
