Marco Capra conduce la sua attività a Santo Stefano Belbo, paese che ha dato i natali al grande scrittore Cesare Pavese. Collocate tra Langhe e Monferrato, queste colline hanno una storica vocazione spumantistica, grazie a un terroir perfetto per questa tipologia. L’azienda segue l’intera filiera di produzione, ponendo attenzione sia all’innovazione che al mantenimento degli usi produttivi tradizionali di questa zona.

Note e abbinamenti:
Di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli, spuma soffice e
cremosa di lunga persistenza, perlage fine ed elegante.
Al naso ampio, esprime potenza e finezza, emergono note di
mela verde, di fiori bianchi e di crosta di pane.
In bocca si percepiscono sensazioni legate alla frutta bianca e nel finale emergono note di mineralità. Un vino davvero versatile, può essere
bevuto come aperitivo ma anche accompagnare tutto il pasto.

Servire freddo, intorno ai 7 – 8° C.

In cantina:
Solo il mosto fiore decantato entra a far parte della
cuvee. Dopo la prima fermentazione il vino rimane per 6 mesi sui
propri lieviti. La rifermentazione avviene in bottiglia dove il vino vie ne tenuto per un periodo minimo di 36 mesi a temeperatura costante di 15-16°C.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Membership includes a Wine Concierge service that will be at disposal of the members upon appointment for online and in-person meetings at Relais San Maurizio and in the area. The Concierge service will advice on wines of the San Maurizio Wine Club and Italian wine in general.
  • San Maurizio Wine Club is available to organize winery visits for its members with the Guest Producers of the project.

Upon subscription, you will receive email and whatsapp contact to plan your Wine Concierge appointment and your visits.

EVENTS

  • Members of the Club will be informed via email and on their personal website page of any event planned by the San Maurizio Wine Club for its members.

Events may be free or with an access fee and they may allow to be accompanied by a partner.
