Description:
Grignolino is made with a fast overmature of the grapes for give elegange and rounded. Soil with silt, sand and
limestone with south-east exposition. Vintage 2019 was a great season for the wines with cold winter, fresch spring and hot summer.
I Parcellari was born with an idea of Davide Canina professional sommelier to produce wines only by single parcelle and small quantiy liter for vinification.

Production method and aging:
Grapes pickup by Hands after 7 days of overmature grapes in a climatizing room. Fermentation in steel tank for 10 days and after 10 months in Tonneaux 500 Lt.
