Produced in a little more than 4000 bottles, this wine comes from a selection of grapes from the Val dei Preti vineyard, characterized by sandy soil and southern exposure.
“A wine that combines the tradition of the Arneis grape and the innovation of an alternative closure such as the screw cap. It reminds me of the salt from the sea that was in the Roero millions of years ago.
A cheeky Arneis with a great desire to demonstrate its potential, the fruit of an old vineyard and many years of rest in the bottle.”

Tasting Notes and Pairing: The nose reveals hints of apricot and mango, along with notes of broom and citrus.
In the mouth, full-bodied and balanced, with a long fruity and savory persistence.
Try it with to grilled fish, poultry and medium-aged cheeses.
Suggested serving temperature: 16-18°C

Production method and aging: 70% soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures, protected from oxygen; 30% maceration, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures.
Aged at least 4 months in stainless steel on fine lees.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Membership includes a Wine Concierge service that will be at disposal of the members upon appointment for online and in-person meetings at Relais San Maurizio and in the area. The Concierge service will advice on wines of the San Maurizio Wine Club and Italian wine in general.
San Maurizio Wine Club is available to organize winery visits for its members with the Guest Producers of the project.
Upon subscription, you will receive email and whatsapp contact to plan your Wine Concierge appointment and your visits.
EVENTS
Members of the Club will be informed via email and on their personal website page of any event planned by the San Maurizio Wine Club for its members.
Events may be free or with an access fee and they may allow to be accompanied by a partner.
