Description:
Via del Campo perfectly expresses all the fruity and mineral character of Falanghina. It is a cru obtained exclusively with the grapes from a single vineyard of Falanghina which is located in Mirabella Eclano. This wine shows bright golden yellow shades and perfumes of apple, pineapple, aromatic herbs and flowers together with mineral and brackish notes. The rotund structure releases delicate mentholated and toasty sensations originated from the short staying, during the fermentation, in little oak French barrels. Of immediate pleasure when young, it develops a more complex bouquet after some year in the bottle.
Tasting Notes and Pairing: Aromas ranging from notes of apple, pineapple, herbs and wild flowers to refined salty and mineral tones.
In the mouth, the structure, enveloping, releases delicate mentholated and toasted sensations arising also from the short stay, during fermentation, in small oak barrels.
Perfect for the whole meal, it goes well with rich fish starters, pasta dishes and cold vegetable velouté.

Production method and aging: After a long pressing of the whole grapes, the free-run must, rigorously protected from oxygen, is separated from the pressed must and clarified by natural settling. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (70%) and in new oak barrels (30%). The wines are aged for 8 months on fine lees, periodically resuspended.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Membership includes a Wine Concierge service that will be at disposal of the members upon appointment for online and in-person meetings at Relais San Maurizio and in the area. The Concierge service will advice on wines of the San Maurizio Wine Club and Italian wine in general.
San Maurizio Wine Club is available to organize winery visits for its members with the Guest Producers of the project.
Upon subscription, you will receive email and whatsapp contact to plan your Wine Concierge appointment and your visits.
EVENTS
Members of the Club will be informed via email and on their personal website page of any event planned by the San Maurizio Wine Club for its members.
Events may be free or with an access fee and they may allow to be accompanied by a partner.
