Description:
The Campè vineyard (about 3.5 hectares facing south) is located in the upper and central part of the Garretti vineyard, which we consider the best section of the Cru. the vines are about 70 years old.
Tasting Notes and Pairing:
A complex and majestic Barolo, with an aromatic profile that ranges from hints of rose petals to plum and black cherry, through to white truffle and undergrowth. The tannic structure is solid and harmonious, with a full and imposing finish. Veal stew or cardoon with fondue.

Biologic vineyards. Manual harvest.
Production method and aging:
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 16 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 70% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 24 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 12 months.
